Welcome to the River! This Blue Crab Garden Flag will be the perfect addition to your Beach and River Nautical Decor. This flag measures approximately 12in x 18in and is double sided with the design shown printed on both sides. We can also change the wording to "Welcome to the Beach."

While we try to provide a most vivid photo showing the colors of these items, some color variation may occur due to differences in viewing on computer screens and phones. Watermarks are to secure our photos and will not appear on any purchased merchandise.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). We WILL NOT ship to an "Unverified" Address on Etsy. If we get this message when we go to print your shipping label, we will contact you and will push your shipping date out an extra day. This will send you two- (2) messages through Etsy. We will then wait two- (2) days to hear from you. If we haven't heard from you within this time frame, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the full amount.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges or allow cancellations. This goes for any items we have for sale and especially on Custom and Personalized Items.

Please read all descriptions carefully as we are not responsible for sizing or measurement issues on items or apparel.

If your item(s) arrive damaged-

1- You must take photos of the shipping box and the damaged items,
2- You must open a claim with USPS.

We do our very best to ensure the your item(s) are packaged very well, but damage can still happen. We take photos of all items as they are packaged. Once we ship your item(s), the care of the package is out of our hands and the USPS is responsible for the package.

Tracking is provided for all items purchased through our shop. Once the item(s) leaves us, the USPS is responsible for it from there.

If tracking shows the package has shipped and delivered to you and you do not receive it, YOU need to file a claim through USPS and/or a formal report with your local Police. Once the item leaves us, the delivery is out of our hands.
