Shipping policy

All orders 15 ounces and under are sent by First Class Mail- which DOES NOT cover any loss or damages caused by USPS. You must select Priority Mail to receive reimbursement for lost or damages packages as we are not responsible for loss or damage once your order is marked as received by USPS.

If you order is damaged when you receive it, YOU MUST take pictures of the envelope/box your order came in, as well as pictures of the damaged item itself. Failure to take pictures of the packaging and the item will result in a denied claim for reimbursement.

If you order shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS as they can give you the GPS coordinates of exactly where your item was delivered. We are not responsible for mistakes in addresses or errors with USPS delivery.

For all orders about 5 pounds in weight and above, we reserved the right to send by USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on price.
